Any number of things can wreck a day, like getting to a shipper and his load isn’t ready, so you end up losing a whole day or your truck breaks down and you have to wait for hours for a service/tow truck; maybe you have rough words with your dispatcher or your receiver has had a bad day and is dumping his attitude onto you.
