No blog will be posted on Monday, July 5, 2010 in order to allow our employees to spend time with their families. We will resume blog posting on Tuesday, July 6, 2010. Drivers Wellness hopes you have a safe and wonderful 4th of July weekend!
In recent weeks we’ve talked about definitions of addictions. I have a new one that I think best captures the whole meaning. Random House Publishing defines addiction as ‘the state of being enslaved to a habit or practice or something that is psychologically or physically habit forming’. I believe this definition takes into consideration everything that could become addictive to us or that has the potential of becoming something we think we can’t live without. There should be only one thing in our lives that we absolutely cannot live without. Do you know what that is? Call us and find out. Comment here.
