Recovering After an Accident

by

Text messages were sent back and forth on the cell phone of a 17-year-old driver moments before her sport-utility vehicle crossed lanes and slammed head-on into a truck, killing her and four other high school graduates. The media focused, and rightly so, on the tragedy for the families involved in losing young daughters and on the topic of texting while driving. But not much information was given about the driver involved. How does a driver deal with the emotional and mental stress of such a tragic accident? It will take time to heal and for the images to fade, and it will take support from family, friends, and maybe a professional. If you, or someone you know, have been involved in a serious accident, don’t try to deal with the after-effects on your own. Give us a call and let us help you get started on the road to emotional wellness again. Comment here.
