Do you get angry easily? Do you lash out verbally or physically when pushed too far? One must be careful about anger. Is there a just cause, such as when someone’s innocence is violated or the helpless are being taken advantage of? Oftentimes, our anger is about personal offenses; not getting our own way, having someone disagree with us, or having what we feel is our right taken away from us.
