The holidays can be a lonely time, particularly if you have lost a loved one. Recalling memories of when that loved one was there may lead to feeling lonely, especially when you realize that New Years will never be the same. Maybe you feel lonely at holiday time simply because you have no one to share your time with or your company has you far away from home and family. Whatever the reason, there is a solution to loneliness. Want to talk about it? Comment here.

2010 has certainly been a year of extremes…extreme joy and happiness, along with extreme tragedy and sorrow. I’ve been reminding myself God’s favor is not for a season. It doesn’t come and go. When you are seeing God’s goodness, know that it’s here to stay. His blessings and favor will always be on you. It’s permanent. His favor is with you for life! Happy 2011!

Thanks for your comment, Glen.
I see you are a student driver for Swift. How’s that working out?

…so far, so good. Being “green” I don’t know all the in’s and out’s of everything yet – but I’m learning quickly. Things have gone well so far, and I appreciate the way I’ve been treated by everyone there.

It’s definitely a special job…not for everyone and one that takes a degree of adjusting to. I’m grateful for the opportunity and look forward to the future. I just need to get comfortable in the “lifestyle”…I’m very optimistic, and God Willing, things will continue to go well. Thank you.
